Are you a person with a disability or reduced mobility and need support when you arrive in and when you are leaving Jamaica?
Special assistance service is available to customer who may need help to travel, such as the elderly, people with reduced mobility and physical disability, wheelchair users, customers with walking aids, and those who have any form of difficulties with arrival and departure.
Help is available from the moment you arrive at the Airport and can cover:
- Meet you upon arrival-Assist you to your hotel or accommodation.
- We can be the point of contact for any other support you need while you are in Jamaica.
- Wait in line with you for check-ins.
- Getting you to check in and bag drop. This includes pushing you, in an airport or private equipment provided such as a wheelchair, through the airport and up to the departure gate.
- If you have to leave non perishable items due to being overloaded-you can arrange with us to get them to you at your instructions.

Caring for an Elderly Parent from Abroad can be daunting, especially when their health starting to deteriorate.
We understand it is natural to worry about their health and well-being. Due to distance, you are not able to physically check-in to make sure everything is ok.
Let us reduce your worries.
Our first approach is to start with a Care plan. One that will In cooperate the need and support of your parent.
